How to Build a house: Steps 3 & 4 Decking & Framing

Deck the floor under a beautiful Sunset. Go over the floor plans with your contractor. Bring in your father-in-law to do some cutting.Bring in your good friends from Arkansas to help frame up the house.Go up with the walls!
A lot of teamwork is involved.
Make sure you work until dark every night.
Getting the entire exterior of the house framed in one day! Priceless!

How to build a house: Step #2 The Foundation

Pour Concrete Footings: As seen below. (Let sit for a week or two while concrete guys are busy with bigger and better homes.)
Put up the formsFill the forms with concrete.Remove forms for a nice foundation.Start on the support walls and floor joices:

Make sure your foundation plan matches your house plan so you don't have to go back and cut concrete. It's very expensive. We'll let you know how much.Always include cute pictures of the kiddos.

Labor Day Hike

By the end of the hike, everyone wanted a ride.A good Labor Day!

Ballerina Princess

This 5 year old's favorite movie is Barbie in the 12 Dancing Princesses. So we had a Barbie, Ballerina Princess Party.Two Ballerina Princesses Ready to Go.All the Ballerina Princesses (New Friends)Actually the entire population of children at our little church. They have one Sunday School class and this is it. The youngest is 2 and the oldest is 7. (The boys came as Super Heroes.) Mom's Masterpiece.
We had a "real ballerina", our pastor's daughter, come teach the girls a dance.
The girls loved it. It was very precious.
